Our collaboration with Regent Land and Developments and the Hyelm Group led to the creation of the Imperial House project in Colindale, a standout example of high-quality co-living accommodation. This notable project, expertly managed by Redloft with Hunters serving as the Employers' agents, consisted of three blocks, including buildings up to 16 stories high. It featured 26 social housing units, 155 bed spaces, and 499 m² of commercial space, catering to a diverse range of community needs.
The architectural design, executed by Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects, played a key role in the project's praise. Its innovative approach and commitment to quality and sustainability were recognised when the development was shortlisted for the prestigious 2020 Housing Design Awards. This nomination underscores the project's excellence in design and its significant contribution to the landscape of contemporary housing.
