Danes Way offers six rooms, all with their own separate bathrooms and kitchen areas. It was purchased with the license in place and has been refurbished by the J Group to add to the portfolio. Situated in a residential suburb of Pilgrims Hatch there are a number of local shops, takeaways and pubs nearby, and Brentwood Town Centre is just 1.8 miles away. The local train station offers direct services into London Liverpool Street and, as with our other HMOs, tenants remain here usually longer than their original tenancy.
