Working in partnership with Regent Land, V Fund and RAA Ventures Ltd a detailed planning application has been submitted to Croydon Council for a residential development on Whytecliffe Road South and a more modern, efficient and secure public car park serving Purley train station.
The proposed scheme comprises of 246 residential units in four six-storey mansion blocks along Whytecliffe Road South. Each block contains two-storey set back floors with an additional storey located to the rear. Over 30% of the units will be affordable housing. The development will also include high quality landscaping and communal spaces to encourage the residents to develop into a friendly community.
Working together with Formation Architects and KG Creative Consultancy great care has been taken to make sure the site fits in with the local area but at the same time sets a high standard for any future developments.
