Overseeing construction activities for J Group as well as seeking new development prospects and
appraising development opportunities in the residential, commercial, care and student markets
makes Andy a valuable member of the team. He has previously been a Managing Director for a
regional building contractor specialising in Design and Build projects and a Commercial Executive
for a large housing developer. As well as this he has background of being a Managing Surveyor for a
main contractor in the Southeast and was responsible for all surveying
and contractual functions for a team of surveyors.
