Edward Fisher – Consultant

BSc(Hons) AMCT AIFS

Real estate finance specialist with over 15 years’ experience, principally focussed on the UK
residential and student housing sectors. Having started his career at Barclays Real Estate on their
graduate programme in 2007, Ed went on to join what were then start up property development
companies Amro Real Estate in 2011 followed by Future Generation in 2016. Having held senior
positions at both firms Ed formed Home Is London in 2019, supporting clients including J Group,
Tribe Student Housing, the F.A. and Hadley Property Group. During his career to date Ed has been
involved in over £500m of funding and £1bn of delivered projects, including almost 200 units of affordable residential in London.
