J Group Platinum is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of various projects across the UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving any issues or queries.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Identifying and mitigating any risks or challenges that may arise during the project.
- Evaluating the performance and quality of the project and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the property development and investment sector.
- A proven track record of delivering complex and high-value projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
