East Bay Mill, Colchester

This site is in a lovely location on the banks of the River Colne which was forgotten and neglected – we felt it ideal to be used for development.

Plans were submitted for 19 new build homes and the restoration of the existing Grade 2 listed Mill into a 3 bedroomed house. We worked with KCA Architects and the planning team at Avison Young to deal with the challenges involved with the restoration part of the project and are delighted to say the planning application was approved by Colchester Council.
