Imperial House, Colindale

Having worked in partnership with Regent Land and Developments and the Hyelm Group this project in Colindale provided high-quality co-living accommodation.

Project managed by Redloft and Hunters acting as the Employers agents, the project included three blocks up to16-storey buildings offering 26 social housing units, 155 beds space and 499 m² of commercial space.

Designed by Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects, the development was shortlisted for the 2020 Housing Design Awards.
