This project was delivered by our design team at Alan Camp Architects and our planning consultant Avison Young.

The regeneration of rehearsal studio events space in the centre of Croydon was not an easy planning project due to its location and the adjoining properties but we are pleased that the design offers the most effective use of space. It will consist of 6 three bedroomed houses and two flats with a ground floor unit for commercial use.
